A dramatic tale of love, betrayal, and revenge...

Zachary Ryan’s “Something Scandalous, Treacherous, and Black” is a fitting title for this gripping tale of deceit, passion, and intrigue. The author delivers a rollercoaster of emotions through the complicated relationships of Paige, Joshua, Leo, Joey, and Chelsea. The story is fast-paced, with unexpected twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat. The author does an excellent job of fleshing out the characters and their backstories, which makes the reader invested in their fates. With themes of love, loyalty, and betrayal explored in a nuanced and thought-provoking way, the reader is left questioning whether the characters' actions are justified or merely selfish, with the consequences of their choices being both tragic and satisfying. A must-read for fans of gripping dramas with well-crafted characters and plenty of twists and turns. Thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it.
